yoga

We have added some new exciting classes for this summer!  Come on out and try one. Please check the association website for registration instructions and class costs.

Stretch Yoga
This class is suitable for beginner to intermediate fitness levels, with body weight pressure to wrists/knees needed for yoga poses. We will guide you through a flow yoga class while encouraging positive body awareness and relaxation. 

Silver Yoga
Slower paced, this yoga class is suitable for the new or returning yogi! Yoga instructor Jenny Chambers will guide you through gentle poses with modifications, encourage proper body alignment and mindful breathing.  Perfect for beginner levels.

HIIT Fitness Workout
High intensity interval training incorporating a variety of strength/cardio sequences utilizing multiple muscle groups. A fast-paced total body workout with modifications provided to suit intermediate to advanced levels.

Power Yoga 
A fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style yoga incorporating the athleticism of Ashtanga with a focus on increasing strength and flexibility. Intermediate/advanced level with previous yoga experience highly recommended.

Pilates 
A fusion of traditional Pilates and total body defining exercises to upbeat music. This mat based workout class will focus on core engagement and powerhouse movements aligned with breath awareness.  Suitable for all ages and fitness levels.

Yang Yin Yoga 
An advanced 90 min yoga class. Start with an active Yang sequence by working up a sweat to create heat. Then shifting into long held Yin poses on the mat to open and restore your connective tissue and calm the mind. The perfect blend of stress busting moves and challenging poses!

Yoga + Beer
A “not so serious” flow yoga class suitable for all fitness levels +19yrs event! A flight of beer is included for all participants with drinking encouraged though out the class.  A social gathering will occur post class with beer for purchase.
